we are working on making sure it does not corrupt by checking it shuts
down cleanly - we have already fixed a hang that sometimes occurs

if it does not shutdown cleanly on next startup it will perform an
integrity check and if and only if that fails will we force a reindex

gnome-session allows 10 secs for trackerd to exit by default so I dont
think this will be common.

Also an unclean shutdown should not corrupt the database unless its in
the middle of indexing

We have also moved all writing to the database to one thread to also
rule out multiple threads corrupting the index so the goal is to make it
much more robust
