Seems to be a problem of mis-configuration ("usb:/" URI instead of
"hp:/") or a too old software version. In Edgy we have HPLIP 1.6.7 which
supports all printers mentioned here. So the problem is fixed in Edgy.

Please add to the backport reuests if you have an older Ubuntu version.
