Using zsh 5.4.2 (packaged in Ubuntu 18.04) and rvm the autocomplete function
makes zsh sometimes crash with the message "realloc(): invalid next size". See
https://github.com/rvm/rvm/issues/4214 for more details.
This issue has been fixed in the following commit
https://github.com/zsh-users/zsh/commit/a1276c88e1137c643bb8055d719afc17cb37bf0f
which could be backported to the Ubuntu 18.04 package of zsh.
