Public bug reported:
xfce4-session-logout --logout is automatically saving the session, even
though "Session and Startup -> General -> Logout Settings ->
Automatically save session on logout" is not ticked. I'm attaching
xfce4-session.xml to prove that xfce4 is not configured to automatically
save the session.
It's very easy to reproduce:
1. Close all current programs
2. Open xfce4-terminal
3. Run: xfce4-session-logout --logout
4. Log back in: xfce4-terminal will have been opened again
