I have the same problem on my Notebook (FJS Amilo Xi 1546, Core 2 Duo
T5500, 1 GB RAM, 17", ATI Mobility Radeon X1800).
After this line is shown there happens absolutely nothing for 18:

I have testet kernel 2.6.18.2 (32-bit) and kernel 2.6.22.14.
The behavior was always the same.
After showing the following line the system hangs for 18 seconds without any
activity:
[ 35.259166] ACPI: EC: GPE=0x19, ports=0x66, 0x62
