Although I have entered in my power settings that a shutdown should be
performed when the hardware power key is pressed, the keystroke (AND the
equivalent keyboard shortcut) start only the syspend mode. This is new
since upgrading to 18.04. Before that the hardware power key brought up
the shutdown menu.
