Phillip Susi (psusi) wrote on 2018-06-20: #3 It looks like the problem is either a bad sd card, or a bug in the kernel:
Phillip, you were right! I ran a program called F3 and learned that the SD card was "fake". It reported being 32 GB but only can store 16GB. I bought SD 2 cards at the same place so that is why the 2nd card gave the same error. I resized the card using "f3fix", re-ran the install and it ran to completion. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1776319 Title: mmcblk3: error -110 sending stop command, original cmd response 0x900, card status 0xd00 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1776319/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
