@psusi ~psusi Yeah I know I have forgot about the EFI System Partition So the other part of the bug isn't affecting grub-install However I couldn't boot to ubuntu on my laptop(secure boot off) after install(grub didn't failed this time) laptop bios simplly returned No Bootable Media ,so I had to boot arch linux iso and add in grubx64.efi via uefi shell as a boot option.
