Hi, I have to start with mentioning that libvirt-lxc really is deprecated and you should consider using LXD for system containers - it is much better in everything.
Further I took your definition and ran it on my system. I switched the init call to bin/true (as I wanted to look at libvirt/host and not guest) and it just works fine. I'd assume this breaks something in your container more than outside of it, but really just consider LXD $ lxc launch ubuntu-daily:bionic/amd64 will get you a working system container asap -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1742457 Title: libvirt cannot run lxc domain with idmap defined To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvirt/+bug/1742457/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
