Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce :

1. Open new leafpad
2. Paste text
3. Open replace window and replace a string

Example :

"((sum_id=sum_id+$"
replace "sum_id" with "sum_xyz"

Result:

"((sum_idsum_xyz=sum_idsum_xyz+$"

Ctrl+z deletes entire pasted text.

Quite anoying.
I assume selecting text to replace with a mouse before pasting it in Replace
window causes this to happen.

** Affects: leafpad (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
