This bug affects the use of Caja and usability of the whole UI once it
has been triggered. Should not appear under normal work-flow but I
found it by accidentally pressing the wrong keys whilst trying to use
the keyboard shortcut for showing hidden files.

On triggering this bug, on the next click from the mouse in Caja or on
the Desktop (maybe anywhere that allows a drag selection box?) will
bring up the drag-selection box which can then not be released.
Bringing the mouse outside of the Caja window does not recover this and
the mouse control is not released from Caja. GUI interaction with the
mouse from the rest of the desktop environment is then not possible.
ESC and any other keyboard combination I can think of does not recover
the issue. Even when accessing the menu via super key, navigation and
searching are not possible.

The only way out I can currently find is to reboot using terminal (Ctrl
+ Alt + T) or an alternative TTY.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open Caja.
2) Ensure Caja has Focus
3) Press Ctrl + .
4) Click anywhere within Caja or Desktop

The selection box will be activated and then cannot be released.

Tested on:
PC - Ubuntu 18.04, Kernel 4.15.0-23-generic, Caja 1.20.2
VM - VirtualBox 5.2.10, Ubuntu MATE Live CD, Kernel 4.15.0-20-generic, Caja
1.20.2
Laptop - Ubuntu 18.04, Kernel 4.15.0-23-generic, Caja 1.20.2

** Affects: caja (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Confirmed
