Public bug reported:

When I try to activate the "logging" option, iptraf freezes and the
message comes out "Floating Point Exception"

sudo mkdir /var/log/iptraf-ng

The logs created by iptraf-ng are similar to this:
ip_traffic-19475.log

Testing in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS x64
