It looks good to me. I started an 18.04 Proposed VM (Pre-released updates checked in Discover). Applied updates using Discover, and re- booted. Krunner launced kinfocenter which reports KDE Plasma 5.12.6, FW, 5.44, and Qt 5.9.5. The Application Launcher successfully launched System Settings, Konsole, Dolphin, Discover, and System Monitor, and I launched Kate from Dolphin. Everything passed the five second test.
