Public bug reported:
Apache 2 now comes with mod_reqtimeout enabled by default.
In a default Apache2 + PHP FPM + Phpmyadmin, it isn't possible to upload
any file in pĥpMyAdmin
Regardless of file size it triggers a:
408 Request Timeout
Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request from the client.
Disabling the module fixes the issue.
My though is that /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf needs a proper
mod_reqtimeout configuration.
