I am seeing the same thing on my Dell Inspiron 530 with compiz-fusion
with GUTSY running NVIDIA 8600 Driver Version 100.14.19 obtained from
restricted repository.
When I MAXIMIZE ANY window while using ANY emerald theme the (close, restore,
minimize as well as button options on LEFT side AS WELL AS the title ...
basically the entire
top window decoration DISAPPEARS )
you are then forced to 'mouse over' the area where you this the RESTORE button
is to take the window OUT OF Maximized mode and the Window TOP decoration then
renders back into view.
I noticed this flaw in Feisty as well.
