I should add, disabling and re-enabling Window Decoration removes the shadows, but that's not really an acceptable workaround.
-- The shadows of a "gksu windows" never doesn't disappear where it's been closing. It's probably related to compiz. It's append after each update and i need to restart X to make it disappear.
