Please sync relion 1.4+dfsg-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild for dune openmpi soname change.
* Drop librelion+mpi+gui-dev on architectures that don't have
librelion+mpi+gui-1.4-1.
* Drop librelion+mpi+gui-dev on architectures that don't have
librelion+mpi+gui-1.4-1.
* No-change rebuild against libopenmpi2
* No-change rebuild against libopenmpi2
* No-change rebuild against libopenmpi2
The architecture restriction to amd64 and i386 for librelion+mpi+gui-dev
is included in the latest version of the Debian package. See also the
last bullet point below.
