Public bug reported:
The speakup-cvs source package produces a binary package containing kernel
patches for the speakup screen reader.
This package should be removed, as it hasn't been updated since 2004, and the
patches will not apply at all against
the kernels available in the Ubuntu hardy repository. Itis also currently not
possible to get the package updated in
such a way that it will work with the kernels in Hardy.
