Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild to build for python3.7.
* No-change rebuild to build to drop python3.5.
* No-change rebuild to build to drop python3.5.
* No-change rebuild to build to drop python3.5.
* No change rebuild to add Python 3.6 support.
* Revert PIE changes for the latest dpkg.
* Disable PIE during build so that python linkage happens in right
manner.
* Disable PIE during build so that python linkage happens in right
manner.
After the changes were reverted, the delta is effectively empty.
As a bonus, this should resolve the currently failing rebuild of the
package in Cosmic against a newer libsass version.
