Please sync alsa-oss 1.0.14-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu Gutsy package had a patch added to set dsp->oss_format prior to use
in alsa/pcm.c::oss_dsp_hw_params(). This is now in the new upstream release
which Debian now has.

Changelog since current hardy version 1.0.14-1ubuntu1:

alsa-oss (1.0.15-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.

  [ Elimar Riesebieter ]
  * Added Homepage: header in debian/control
  * debian/rules: s/-$(MAKE) distclean/[ ! -f Makefile ] || $(MAKE) distclean/
