Public bug reported:

1. When I try to enter a new keyboard shortcut (for e.g. Control + F9) in
LxHotKey, the button label in the gadget will change to CTRL+F9 but when I try
to save it, it shows up in the key list as <Primary>F9, and the shortcut does
not work. I have a standard US Logitech keyboard. Correcting the keyboard
definition is beyond me and most people.

2. HORRIBLY UN-INTUITIVE for 1 reason.
I could not figure out how to enter a new key in the small gadget. There is no
help. The intuitive thing to do to a button is to click it, or you would
expect a dropdown menu.

Suggestion: Change the button to an entry box with default-text saying: "Press
any key combination"
People will know what to do and could even edit manually the key combo (if it
is a function that is desirable).

Thanks for your work.
