Public bug reported:
Same failure as described in 1708848 now exists on USB loads of
16.04-4, 18.04 All 64AMD and used latest Rufus 3.1 to create USB
Can not seem to write Grub2 to the proper place on on partition and says
system will not boot properly.
This maybe related to bug 1668148 but uncertain
