Public bug reported:

Hello,
I have a Dell XPS 13 9360 that connected via USB type C doc (Dell DS1000, the
same as Dell WD-15) to 2 displays. And pretty often instead of good connection
(that just works other times) I have a blank screen on external displays and
main laptop screen. Ctrl+Alt+F1 doesn't work as well as Alt+PrtScr+B (that
brings me to conclusion that it's a kernel bug).
I've updated doc firmware to latest version using windows - it didn't work.
Latest thunderbolt firmware update didn't work as well.
