Somehow (I suspect your mirror is out of date) you are using an old
version of ubuntu-release-upgrader, the bug you are encounter (DEBUG
blacklist expr 'unity$' matches 'unity') was fixed in ubuntu-release-
upgrader version 18.04.18.
