Public bug reported:
axel package should be merged because the following changes should be
kept from the Ubuntu package:
* It should build against glibc, because dietlibc is in the universe repo
* The default answer for "Install dash as /bin/sh?" question is set to true.
Additionally, I removed the backup file debian/changelog~.
