** Description changed: For nearly a month /from the end of June/ Ubuntu Software Center in Ubuntu 16.04 shows only snaps - a few editor's picks. There are no categories and .deb packages. Tab Installed is empty. - I tried to remove and reinstall gnome-software throug Synaptic Package + I tried to remove and reinstall gnome-software through Synaptic Package manager, deleted database file and cache but nothing works. sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade rm ~/.local/share/gnome-software/* nothing works I use Ubuntu 16.04.4 AMD 64 gnome-software 3.20.5-0ubuntu0.16.04.11
