Public bug reported:

The poroblem appear when installing Ubuntu 18 in dual boot on a SSD
where windows 10 is also installed. Specifically, it cannot install
package grub-efi-amd64-signed saying that it failed to install such a
package into / target /. I tried to install ubuntu in a single partition
as root /.
