Public bug reported:

Software details:

- Ubuntu 7.10
- Netbeans 5.5. (OpenSource IDE software for Java/JavaEE
http://www.netbeans.org/)
- Netbeans UML plugin (included on Enterprise Edition).
- JVM 1.6u3 (Java Virtual Machine)

Problem:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure on System/Preferences/Appearance/Visual Effects has Normal or
Extra effects active.
1. Run Netbeans and create some UML Project: Platform-Independent or Model,
Java Platform Model, not matter.
2. Create some diagram, i.e. Class Diagram.
3. Add some diagram element, i.e. Class. Now you can add some attribute by
pressing SHIFT-ALT-A,... edit attribute, then press Enter for finish.
4. Here is the problem: maybe you wish add another attribute, however by
pressing SHIFT-ALT-A not work, Class Element has focus aspect, however your
keyboard not respond. You must click again the Class Element and press the
sequence SHIFT-ALT-A for get to work.

Disabling Visual Effects the problem is solved. However :( ... I test
same behavior on 3 diferent PCs with same Ubuntu.

Thanks you,

Rachmaninov, a Ubuntu Lover.
