Public bug reported:
Toshiba Satelitte1905 laptop. Once logged in the desktop pops up a
display in the bottom right hand corner saying the battery is critically
low and there are only a few minutes left to run. The power manager
will shut the laptop down if it isn't disabled.
The panel applet however will show the approximate power remaining which
could be an hour or more.
