Please sync jnethack 1.1.5-21+b1 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
All patches have been absorbed upstream. Only differences are the maintainer
field now.

Changelog since current hardy version 1.1.5-21ubuntu3:

jnethack (1.1.5-22) unstable; urgency=low

  * Orphaned (#193125). Set maintainer to QA Group.
