Public bug reported:
To reproduce download the lubuntu 18.04.1 release canidate and try to
boot it on an hp pavaillon dv1230 us laptop. I cannot report this with
apport as I am not that far along the boot process. immediately after I
select the usb device to boot I get this and have taken a picture and
have typed out the text.

I have tried to make sure it was not a bad usb drive and have used two
different usb drives and I checked the hash of the file with zsync. processor

there was some mention of console setup on -release
