We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an
issue? Can this bug report now be closed?

Tengo abierta mi correo: hotmail y facebook y cuando cierro Firefox
porque finalice de ver mis novedades me dice que no se puede cerrar
porque se halla una aplicación trabajando o directamente se cuelga y no
cierra. Al cerrar Ubuntu para apagar la máquina, me manifiesta que
Firefox sigue abierto y tengo que cortar la aplicación, forzando su
cierre con Ubuntu. Mil gracias y disculpen las molestias.
