Public bug reported:

Tried to install ubunta via DVD aside a windows installation on an additional
SSD. Maybe its good to know that there might be some fragments of older linux
installations left anywhere (i can choose in the bootmenue after pressing F12
from manjaro, ubuntu, windows and HW stuff)
Also the installationtool didn't recognized the installed windows OS. So i
couldnt choose install ubuntu aside an existing Windows OS. I choosed manually
the SSD and del. everything(?). Set the link of to the root "/" and choosed it
to launch the installation.

Hope you can work with that.
