Public bug reported: Hello
All was working fine until I updated Ubuntu using apt-get and it installed Kernel version: 4.15.0-29-generic Now wifi does not work but Ethernet cable connection is still fine. If I reboot into the old kernel by selecting it in advanced boot options, all is fine. Working Kernel version is: 4.13.0-41-generic I am using a Dell Vostro 1540 laptop. Description: Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS Release: 16.04 All other laptops I use have updated and are fine, including a Dell Inspiron.
