Public bug reported:
software-properties-kde has been ported to software-properties-qt in
cosmic -proposed
apper needs to be updated to use this new binary name and it's packaging
dependency switched to this, to allow migration to release
Steps:
1) debian/control: change runtime dep to software-properties-qt
2) debian/rules: change EDIT_ORIGNS_DESKTOP_NAME= config option to
software-properties-qt
3) Hope
