Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better.
The failing packages come from the gutsy-proposed repository and are listed in
the -proposed package lists, but for some reason the packages themselves are
not on the CZ mirror. Other mirrors do have these packages.
Votja: you could try to do the upgrade using another mirror, or with
pre-released updates turned off in Software Sources.
Subscribing ubuntu-mirror-admins as they may be able to correct this.
The status page for the CZ mirror shows status of the mirror for Gutsy
as "Unknown freshness".
