Adjusting /etc/apparmor.d/tunables/home.d is generally fine (which is
what the 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure apparmor' does under the hood), but fyi,
this won't fix snaps because of https://forum.snapcraft.io/t/how-can-i
-use-snap-when-i-dont-use-home-user/3352/8.

tl;dr to get snaps to work, you should bind mount /home/%d/%u on
/home/%u.
