cosmic is currently nodejs 8.11, and debian still has nodejs 10.4 in
-experiemental; @kapouer indicated he hopes to promote nodejs 10.4 to
-unstable at some point (soon) but it's unclear if that will be in time
to make it into cosmic (probably, unlikely).
I'll leave this bug as inprogress for cosmic, unless anyone else
disagrees and wants to change it to wontfix, since there is still a
possibility (but of course no promise at all) that debian will promote
nodejs 10.4 in time to pull that into cosmic.
