I can see what you mean from the screenshot, but it would help if you could
point me to the actual web page you're seeing this on, so that I can reproduce
the issue myself.
Is this still affecting the latest stable version of chromium
(68.0.3440.75-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 on ubuntu 18.04)?
