Removing the kvm and kvm_intel modules before suspend solves this
problem.
The D620 requires the following options in /etc/default/acpi-support:
MODULES="kvm kvm_intel"
POST_VIDEO=false
SAVE_VIDEO_PCI_STATE=true
HIBERNATE_MODE=platform
