A year later, and this still exists? I've never had a snaps folder in my $HOME, I upgrade to 18.04, and all of a sudden this random folder appears in there. I don't even know what snaps is, nor do I care. Please invent a time machine, go back to when snaps were first a thought, and do it right the first time...
