Public bug reported:
When using terraform script to create multiple loadbalancers, two
loadbalancers have the same floating IP from horizon. But in neutron
database, it's different. Seems just a lbaas dashboard issue.
The screenshot is shown in attachment.
Our env is stable/ocata. And neutron-lbaas-dashboard version is 2.0.0.
