Thanks for reporting.
I assume the underlying issue in this bug is that kxstitch had been
removed from Ubuntu during the 11.04 cycle due to depending on older
kde3 libraries (see
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kxstitch/+publishinghistory or bug
727386 for details). The good news is that kxstich has been readded to
the Ubuntu archives and is available in 17.04 and later. Thus I believe
this to be resolved, now that the package is easily installable again :)
