Public bug reported:
gtkterm with ubuntu 18.04.1 shows this bug, version 16.04 didn't have this bug.
I can configure a port, save the configuration, but when I load the
configuration from the configuration menu, I get the message:
"impossible to read the configuration file" (message translated from the
french version).
