Yes, and adding port forwarding rules works fine with upnpc. Probably should 
have started with that :)

`upnp-router-control --debug` prints

    * Initializing GUI...
    * Showing GUI...
    * Starting UPnP Resource discovery... done

and

    * Destroying GUI...

after closing which is the same output as without `--debug`. I can test
a PPA development version if you have one.
