Seen during 18.04.1 daily update and replicated by this method:-
sudo update-info-dir
[sudo] password for dave:
install-info: warning: no info dir entry in `/usr/share/info/gnash_user.info.gz'
install-info: warning: no info dir entry in `/usr/share/info/gnash_ref.info.gz'
assumed to be in texinfo package
apt-cache policy texinfo revealed the package was not installed
texinfo package installed but no reboot action - problem remains
