Closing this, as the file in question no longer exists. If you can
reproduce it, please reopen and/or comment with a new output so we see
the file that files. Also try to download the failing URL and calculcate
the sha256 manually and check if it matches.
Usually a failure like that indicates a broken ISP that mangles your
traffic.
