I've had some minor cleanups on the changelog, but other than that I
think the most recent submission is good.
Also I found no issues in testing.
The code path it takes when the timeout triggers is that of a failing host
command (bad RC) which I think is just right. It will set things in a way that
it considers .local not available, but will rescan later on again - that is
perfect for all our cases if later devices have recovered from the odd state.
