Public bug reported:
To reproduce install a fresh install of lubuntu 18.10 and then open
featherpad and type any email address such as [email protected] and
click open link on it. I get a falkon browser saying chrome-
error://chromewebdata/ that never finishes loading. If I open htop I get
100 percent CPU useage from a proccess invoking falcon
mailto:[email protected] or the other email address you clicked as
this happens for every email address.

I expected either an way to email but since 18.10 doesn't quite have an email
