Public bug reported:
There are two applications that show up by opening the Dash and
searching for "settings": one called "settings" and the other "system
settings".
They are almost identical, but not quite. Most of the items appear on
both, in different orders or with slightly different names, but some
appear only in one or the other.
This is stupid and makes no sense. One of them should be complete and
have all the settings, and then the other would not be necessary. Having
two, where 90% of the items overlap, is ridiculous.
